  • Experience within mental health, behavioral health, EAP, or digital health.
  • Understanding of the mental health vendor landscape and employer evaluation criteria.
  • Ability to partner effectively with regional sales and internal stakeholders.
  • Executive-level communication skills.
  • High ownership and strong judgment.
  • Comfort operating in an emerging category.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new Sword Mind opportunities across consultants, brokers, direct employer relationships, partners, and health plans.
  • Build and run a repeatable Mind sales playbook including account targeting, consultant mapping, and broker activation.
  • Generate significant Mind-specific pipeline for in-year closing and future years.
  • Partner with existing Employer Sales to identify expansion opportunities for the AI Care platform.
  • Coordinate with Consultant Relations and Health Plan Partnerships to maintain a unified market message.
  • Develop expertise on the mental health competitive landscape.
  • Engage senior benefits, HR, and finance stakeholders to uncover pain points.
  • Lead high-quality discovery, executive presentations, and finalist meetings.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy.
  • Work cross-functionally to refine messaging and sales assets.
