- Hunter mentality with proven ability to create new pipeline and open doors.
- Strategic sales instincts to prioritize accounts and run a disciplined playbook.
- Strong collaboration skills within an existing sales organization.
- Experience selling into self-insured employers, consultants, brokers, or health plans.
- Experience in mental health, behavioral health, EAP, or employer benefits.
- Strong understanding of the mental health vendor landscape and ROI evaluation.
- Executive-level communication skills to translate clinical, financial, and AI concepts.
- Comfort operating in an emerging category requiring demand creation.
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Hunt for new Sword Mind opportunities across consultants, brokers, direct employers, partners, and health plans.
- Build and execute a repeatable Mind sales playbook including account targeting and competitive positioning.
- Generate Mind-specific pipeline that can close in-year and for future years.
- Partner with the existing Employer Sales team to expand current conversations and identify new entry points.
- Coordinate with Consultant Relations and Health Plan Partnerships to align ownership and present a unified message.
- Lead high-quality discovery, executive presentations, and finalist meetings.
- Maintain pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and forecasting accuracy.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to sharpen messaging and build sales assets.
- Represent Sword externally at industry events, broker briefings, and partner discussions.
