- Experience managing remote teams or workforce operations.
- Experience in HR, BPO operations, recruitment leadership, or talent management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
- Highly organized with strong operational thinking.
- Experience coaching and developing employees.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing coaching and development support to team members.
- Resolve HR-related concerns and interpersonal issues between team members.
- Monitor employee morale, engagement, and workforce health.
- Develop and monitor workforce KPIs and accountability systems.
- Collaborate with the recruitment department to support workforce quality and hiring standards.
- Assist in building scalable people operations systems.
- Support client-facing workforce reporting and communication initiatives.
- Assist with payroll coordination and workforce administration.
