Requirements

- 8+ years of progressive product management experience
- 3+ years in a senior or director-level role leading strategy and teams
- Proven record of building and scaling product management functions
- Certification in Pragmatic Institute or equivalent training
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Aha!, Miro, or Productboard
- Background in healthcare, payment integrity, or regulated industries
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear, compelling product vision aligned to company goals and market opportunities
- Own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and customer needs
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
- Establish and refine a product management operating model including role definitions and governance
- Lead the transition to a proactive, product-led approach and establish product discovery as a core discipline
- Partner with the VP of Product Delivery to ensure alignment between product strategy and execution
- Define and monitor product OKRs and KPIs tied to business outcomes
- Champion deep customer understanding to drive innovation
