Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs in fast-paced, international environments.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or relevant degree.
- Advanced methodologies, tools, and best practices knowledge.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing distributed teams.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects and programs, managing scope, dependencies, milestones, and outcomes.
- Define and enforce fit-for-purpose projects and program documentation, governance frameworks, roles, and decision forums.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the project, promoting alignment and enabling teamwork.
- Monitor project health using metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures.
- Present updates, proposals, and recommendations confidently to senior management.
- Assess emerging risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
- Support analysis, planning, and change activities to help teams adopt new ways of working.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of PMO standards, tools, and ways of working.
