- Background in Electronics/Electricals.
- Professional Project Management Certification preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- 3+ years of project management experience in the field of software implementations.
- Experience with complex data projects where a systematic approach is crucial.
- Dexterity with software tools and data manipulation & analysis.
- Creative thinking and ability to find disruptive solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of software projects related to system connections with our customers, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Maintain and update project plans, proactively identifying and managing any project risks.
- Ensure the availability of the right expertise for each project phase, coordinating with internal and external resources as necessary.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, delivering regular and comprehensive project updates and effectively resolving any arising issues.
- Contribute to the standardization of project implementation methodology and project templates.
- Generate thorough Project/Solution Documentation, outlining project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Handle all customer communication across various projects.
