- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager for e-commerce projects
- Experience with ServiceNow, CPQ, Shopify, BigCommerce, or other e-commerce solutions
- 2+ years' experience with a Consulting/Professional Services company
- Experience working with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working with multinational teams
- Experience leading teams using Agile Scrum practices
- Solid technical background in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Excellent analytical skills and experience creating JIRA dashboards
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools
Responsibilities
- Lead e-commerce projects using Agile/Waterfall techniques
- Facilitate the definition of project scope and objectives
- Work alongside an offshore development team leading sprint planning and daily standups
- Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal teams
- Maintain tools and documentation for implementation projects
- Report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Manage relationships with clients and team members
- Collaborate within the Project Management team to improve solutions and processes
