Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong backend focus.
- Deep proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Python, dbt, and Dagster.
- Expertise in SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with AWS services (EKS, S3, SQS, EventBridge).
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with containerized deployments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services for fulfillment operations.
- Own the reliability and correctness of transactional systems.
- Lead technical design within your pod, driving architecture decisions and establishing patterns.
- Identify and address systemic performance issues and data consistency gaps.
- Debug and resolve production issues with stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with product managers and operations teams.
- Mentor SE II engineers and improve team engineering quality.
