- Experience in HR Operations Employee Benefits, ideally in the context of delivering US PEO services.
- Obsessed to provide an excellent customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively across various tech tools.
- Manager of one mentality.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Employees and Clients regarding benefits plans, pricing, coverage, and claims.
- Manage benefits enrollment, unenrollment, and billing/invoicing.
- Process and solve tickets and escalations in Zendesk/e-mail.
- Execute data-related tasks with precision.
- Define, detail, and execute on Standard Operating Procedures.
- Work across teams to analyze customer needs and deliver solutions.
- Maintain operations process documents and identify automation possibilities.
- Research and distill written knowledge in Notion.
