- Experience with loan servicing software and processes.
- Analytical thinker with research and data analysis experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume loan portfolio from funding through payoff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for borrower communications.
- Partner with title companies to track closings and issue payoff statements.
- Monitor delinquency risks and escalate to management with resolution strategies.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and unresolved balances.
- Ensure documentation and servicing actions comply with all policies and regulations.
- Liaise with third-party vendors for lien release and default processes.
- Propose and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Lead special projects and conduct data analysis for leadership reports.
