Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and schedule office appointments.
- Engage in active listening and address patient inquiries.
- Utilize software and databases as directed.
- Route calls to appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate hospital consults with practice offices.
- Build professional relationships with patients and team members.
- Meet or exceed contact center metrics.
- Recommend appointment times, providers, and locations to patients.
