Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in the collections industry.
- 5+ years of experience designing processes and infrastructure for outsourcing work.
- 5+ years of experience managing relationships in an outsourced collections channel.
- Demonstrated track record of designing high-performing collections solutions.
- Proven ability to develop and execute structured operational plans with defined milestones.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as engineering, data, legal, and compliance.
- Strong professional communication skills to bridge senior leadership and agency management.
- Ability to travel for onsite agency reviews and company meetings within the US.
Responsibilities
- Build an Agency Outsourcing program where none exists today.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact with external vendor partners.
- Design and implement foundational infrastructure including SFTP file transfer pipelines.
- Develop automated account placement logic.
- Create and maintain a vendor scorecard framework.
- Establish QA and call-monitoring protocols.
- Develop exception playbooks for transitioning accounts.
- Partner with engineering, data, legal, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
