Requirements

- 5+ years of experience designing processes and infrastructure for outsourcing work.
- 5+ years of experience managing relationships and delivering performance in an outsourced collections channel.
- Proven track record of designing high-performing collections solutions.
- Ability to develop and execute structured operational plans with defined milestones.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams like engineering, data, legal, and compliance.
- Strong communication skills with experience bridging senior leadership and front-line management.
- Ability to travel for onsite agency reviews and meetings within the US.
Responsibilities
- Build an Agency Outsourcing program from scratch.
- Design infrastructure for moving accounts into an external agency network.
- Implement SFTP file transfer pipelines and automated account placement logic.
- Establish vendor scorecard frameworks and QA/call-monitoring protocols.
- Develop exception playbooks for account transitions.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for vendor partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, legal, and compliance departments.
