Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or implementation.
- Background in FinTech, payments, or financial services.
- Experience managing complex client implementations from scoping to deployment.
- Proven use of project management frameworks to drive cross-functional execution.
- Experience with API-based integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Analytical skills and comfort with project management and reporting tools.
- PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline the implementation process for new clients.
- Configure and integrate products, including payment rails, card programs, and API connections.
- Scope, plan, and lead complex cross-functional projects.
- Refine onboarding workflows to enhance efficiency and create repeatable processes.
- Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team.
- Coordinate onboarding processes with Issuing Banks.
- Serve as an escalation point and manage project risks.
- Develop and maintain client-facing onboarding documentation.
- Leverage RACI frameworks to establish ownership and goals.
