Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or implementation.
  • Background in FinTech, payments, or financial services.
  • Experience managing complex client implementations from scoping to deployment.
  • Proven use of project management frameworks to drive cross-functional execution.
  • Experience with API-based integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Analytical skills and comfort with project management and reporting tools.
  • PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and streamline the implementation process for new clients.
  • Configure and integrate products, including payment rails, card programs, and API connections.
  • Scope, plan, and lead complex cross-functional projects.
  • Refine onboarding workflows to enhance efficiency and create repeatable processes.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes with Issuing Banks.
  • Serve as an escalation point and manage project risks.
  • Develop and maintain client-facing onboarding documentation.
  • Leverage RACI frameworks to establish ownership and goals.
