- Experience working directly with clients
- Intensive programs, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
Responsibilities
- Optimize team velocity and delivery of business value for complex projects
- Cultivate team camaraderie and ensure core values are present
- Guide development as a Product Owner advocate and Scrum leader
- Document and manage dependencies and blockers
- Guide feature design and prioritization utilizing AI
- Anticipate risks and advance best practices
- Lead grooming sessions and manage scope changes
- Execute consistently by monitoring and correcting Agile processes
- Lead client calls to align on requirements and develop roadmaps
