Requirements
- 5+ years of experience running scrum ceremonies
- Experience writing detailed user stories
- Experience working directly with clients
- Intensive program, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
Responsibilities
- Optimize team velocity and delivery of business value for complex projects
- Ensure that Core Values are living and breathing throughout the project team
- Act as Product Owner advocate and Scrum leader, documenting and managing all dependencies/blockers
- Guide feature design and prioritization to maximize team velocity
- Utilize AI to inform decision-making and enhance prioritization processes
- Anticipate risks/blockers, advance best practices, and lead the team to efficient outcomes
- Lead grooming sessions, build trust with clients, and manage scope changes
- Monitor day-to-day client trust and relationship
- Manage daily agile activities including daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, and client demos
