Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Product Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field.
- Deep data analysis, visualization, and presentation experience.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other programming language.
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work across teams in a collaborative manner.
Responsibilities
- Document, standardize, and improve product management-specific operational processes.
- Collaborate between product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies for product operational projects.
- Define, develop, and monitor key performance metrics and analyze data for process improvement.
- Track product investment spend and report on variances against forecasts.
- Develop and maintain a customer insights framework to shape product decisions.
- Identify risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Promote usage of AI tools to drive organizational insights and process efficiency.
- Coach the product team on skills, efficiency, and best practices.
