- 5+ years of product management experience building and scaling operational platforms and internal tools.
- Strong systems thinker with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product strategy.
- Data-informed approach to product development.
- Understanding of how AI and automation can be applied to simplify operations.
- Experience translating user and operational needs into intuitive product experiences.
- Strong product judgment with the ability to make difficult trade-offs.
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Familiarity with the pizza or restaurant industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver foundational capabilities for multiple teams and products.
- Shape internal tools and platform capabilities for support, payments, and operations.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and prioritize product opportunities.
- Partner with Development and Product Design to deliver intuitive, scalable products.
- Apply AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Work across both existing systems and new capabilities built from scratch.
