Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years focused on platform, infrastructure, or developer tools.
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML or enterprise SaaS products from concept to production.
- Strong technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, inference systems, embeddings, and model lifecycle management.
- Experience defining APIs, SDKs, data contracts, and developer experience frameworks for technical users.
- Ability to engage deeply with engineering and ML teams on architecture, performance, and system design tradeoffs.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, event-driven systems, and modern data infrastructure concepts.
- Experience in vertical SaaS or lending/mortgage technology is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the AI platform layer, aligning it with broader product and business objectives.
- Define and evolve core platform capabilities, including model serving infrastructure, APIs, SDKs, data pipelines, and developer tooling.
- Partner with engineering and ML teams to evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and establish scalable AI architecture standards.
- Design and govern developer experience standards, including API contracts, versioning policies, documentation, and onboarding flows.
- Establish AI governance frameworks covering model lifecycle management, observability, compliance, and risk controls.
- Define platform reliability and performance metrics such as latency, availability, throughput, and adoption.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to improve integration, reduce friction, and optimize time-to-value for AI capabilities.
- Monitor industry trends in AI/ML to identify opportunities for platform innovation and improvement.
