Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments.
- Proven success in launching and scaling data platforms, data lakes, or enterprise analytics products.
- Strong understanding of cloud data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, semantic modeling, and multi-tenant systems.
- Experience defining commercial strategies, including pricing, packaging, and ROI-driven product positioning.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional, or matrixed organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Preferred: experience with AWS data stack (S3, Lake Formation, Athena, Redshift, QuickSight), industrial or process manufacturing domains, and applied AI/ML use cases.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end strategy for a unified data platform and analytics ecosystem spanning multiple product lines and business units.
- Build and evolve a roadmap covering embedded analytics, advanced dashboards, Data Lake-as-a-Service, and AI/ML-driven predictive capabilities.
- Establish scalable data architecture principles including ingestion frameworks, standardized schemas, semantic layers, and data contracts.
- Drive commercialization strategy for analytics products, including packaging, pricing, and monetization models.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enable go-to-market execution, demos, and customer adoption.
- Collaborate across teams to align data governance, ensure platform consistency, and prevent fragmented or conflicting data logic.
- Engage with customers to identify high-value analytics use cases such as forecasting, optimization, and predictive insights.
