Requirements
- Clinical degree or certification (CNA, LPN, RN, EMT) with 1-year clinical experience OR 3 years clinical experience.
- Availability on at least one weekend day.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills and empathy.
- Technical aptitude or experience troubleshooting technical systems.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office experience.
- Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies quickly.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze problems, diagnose probable causes, and utilize troubleshooting techniques to resolve basic to complex product issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to patients, families, and medical professionals.
- Educate patients and customers in proper product maintenance and use.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines in product support activities.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions.
- Identify and document alleged product deficiencies in accordance with company policy.
- Utilize interpersonal communication skills to engage with patients and medical personnel.
- Provide 24/7 back-up on all patient and clinician support.
- Identify patterns in customer issues to suggest product improvements.
- Dispatch ZOLL representatives to patient locations as required.
