Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple teams.
- Experience delivering scalable, enterprise-grade software in cloud-hosted environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar).
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and AWS or Azure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Experience supporting production systems, including incident triage and root cause analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a small solution engineering team focused on reusable libraries, shared capabilities, and platform enablement across product teams.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to a small, senior-heavy engineering team.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and engineering teams to enable delivery through shared standards.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices across CI/CD, deployment, and scaling.
- Serve as an escalation entry point for complex application-related production issues.
- Champion secure application development practices and compliance expectations.
- Develop clear change management approaches and technical guidance.
