Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in progressive HR leadership.
  • 3+ years in a multi-site healthcare environment.
  • Deep understanding of clinic operations and clinical staffing models.
  • Proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Google Enterprise suite experience preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel regularly (approximately 15%) to clinic locations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR leaders providing services to independent practices and manage HR audits for incoming entities.
  • Manage HR onboarding for new practices and large-scale clinical acquisitions.
  • Serve as primary POC for HR due diligence in practice acquisitions.
  • Ensure clinical HR compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, FLSA, FMLA) across all locations.
  • Collaborate on compensation strategies and oversee benefits administration for clinical groups.
  • Coach clinic leaders on people management and performance review processes.
  • Evaluate HR service delivery for customer satisfaction and regulatory adherence.
