Requirements
- 4+ years of QA experience in SaaS or web applications.
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
- Strong bug documentation and reporting skills.
- Experience using tools like Asana, Jira, or Linear.
- Experience testing platforms with multiple user roles.
- Experience working with offshore development teams.
- Experience in HR tech, payroll, or workforce management (preferred).
- Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Test new features and bug fixes across Employee, Client, and Admin portals.
- Perform full regression testing before deployments.
- Create detailed bug reports in Asana including reproduction steps and severity.
- Prioritize and triage bugs by severity level (P1-P4).
- Validate bug fixes before closing tickets.
- Conduct daily check-ins with the development team.
- Maintain a log of known issues and provide weekly status updates.
- Review user stories and acceptance criteria for testing coverage.
