Requirements
- Significant proven design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing animations, explainer videos, and social ads.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Proficiency with Canva and Figma.
- Strong understanding of social media video formats.
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused creatives.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to develop project concepts and visual strategies.
- Transform raw footage and user-generated content (UGC) into conversion-focused brand narratives.
- Create high-quality 2D animations, logo animations, infographic animations, and explainer videos.
- Develop storyboards and execute full character animations.
- Produce motion assets featuring kinetic typography and dynamic transitions.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Ensure motion outputs are optimized for social, web, and display ads.
