Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition.
- Proven ability to lead creative direction.
- Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital ads.
- Conceptualize and develop storyboards, design frames, and animation sequences.
- Ensure motion visuals maintain brand identity and high technical quality.
- Mentor junior motion designers.
- Partner with videographers and graphic designers for cohesive multimedia content.
- Oversee the motion production pipeline from concept to delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Stay current with motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools.
