- Experience in software or high-growth enterprise environments.
- Experience building and leading multi-layered teams.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and operational execution.
- Familiarity with AI-powered GTM tooling.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define Asana's go-to-market strategy for the AMER region over a 1–3 year horizon.
- Own AMER operational execution including forecasting cadence, pipeline health, and QBRs.
- Lead strategy and operations for Asana's global Velocity business.
- Embed AI-native tooling and workflows into operating rhythms.
- Translate annual strategy into plans for territory design and headcount.
- Execute strategic initiatives across Sales, CX, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
