  • Experience building and leading multi-layered teams.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and operational execution.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered GTM tooling.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define Asana's go-to-market strategy for the AMER region over a 1–3 year horizon.
  • Own AMER operational execution including forecasting cadence, pipeline health, and QBRs.
  • Lead strategy and operations for Asana's global Velocity business.
  • Embed AI-native tooling and workflows into operating rhythms.
  • Translate annual strategy into plans for territory design and headcount.
  • Execute strategic initiatives across Sales, CX, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
