- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound channels.
- Comfortable with high-volume phone outreach.
- Coachable and self-aware with a desire for feedback.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research and identify opportunities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting efforts within an assigned geographic territory.
- Execute high-volume daily activities: 50 calls, 40 emails, and 15 LinkedIn touches.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including Line of Business leaders, IT professionals, and C-level executives.
- Leverage market insights and ICP criteria to prioritize accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align outbound efforts with go-to-market strategies.
- Use personalized, account-based outreach to earn conversations.
- Track activity accurately in Salesforce and Gong.
