Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience managing operations and backend activities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient in word processing (Word) and spreadsheets (Excel).
- Competent in navigating the Internet.
- Intermediate skill level in Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with customers and internal personnel.
Responsibilities
- Create and accurately maintain merchant-facing purchase order trackers.
- Coordinate shipments by communicating with operations and transportation companies/brokers.
- Create accurate and compliant BOLs in accordance with retailer and GS1 standards.
- Manually create/generate retailer packing slips, shipping labels, carton and pallet labels.
- Arrange dock appointments for outbound shipments.
- Provide retail compliance team with supporting documentation for chargeback disputes.
- Monitor error reporting tools, troubleshoot defects, and escalate tech issues.
- Manage retailer TMS and ensure timely routing as per guidelines.
