Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a team leadership or management role
  • 3+ years in operations within a technology-driven environment
  • Strong experience with Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and compliance operations
  • Proven ability to manage operational metrics, drive process improvements, and report insights to leadership
  • Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage escalations effectively
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions using data and limited information
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong organizational and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage compliance operations teams responsible for enforcing KYC standards and platform usage policies
  • Oversee review and validation of KYC data and ensure messaging and voice traffic complies with regulatory and carrier requirements
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and ensure teams consistently meet compliance and efficiency targets
  • Build, analyze, and present compliance and operational reports using business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce non-compliant traffic and enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Product, Carrier Relations, GTM) to resolve compliance issues and improve workflows
  • Manage workload planning, escalation handling, and incident resolution to maintain service quality under pressure
  • Hire, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen compliance expertise and operational capability
