- Advanced ClickUp proficiency.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Experience building scalable systems and documentation.
- Deep understanding of AI and automation in a business context.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- E-commerce experience (Amazon-focused) is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage EOS operational framework.
- Translate Founder strategy into executable operational plans.
- Manage and optimize ClickUp systems, dashboards, and automations.
- Create and maintain SOPs across all departments.
- Champion AI adoption and operational innovation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and external partners.
- Build reporting systems and monitor KPIs to drive accountability.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and risks.
