Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–4 years of experience, preferably in professional services or consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Proven ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate operational data across internal systems, including CRM/Dossier.
- Execute resource allocation and cost allocation activities while reconciling project information against Statements of Work (SoW) and billing systems.
- Act as a primary coordination point between Client Partners (CPs), Offshore Staffing Teams, and FinOps.
- Support project setup activities, financial data validation, and resource deployment tracking.
- Generate, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for leadership.
- Ensure adherence to reporting standards and data quality requirements.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore support functions to streamline workflows.
- Maintain strict governance and confidentiality regarding operational data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps.
