Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services environments.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience working in shared services, global business services, or centralized HR support functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and data handling tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a “right-first-time” mindset for sensitive HR data processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in international, multicultural, and distributed teams.
- Experience supporting Americas or multi-region HR operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR systems, case management tools, or ticketing platforms is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors (payroll, benefits, background checks) is a plus.
- Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, changes in employment status, benefits administration, and terminations.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness across all HR platforms.
- Perform audits and validations of HR data changes to ensure compliance and correct payroll and benefits processing.
- Handle HR queries from employees and stakeholders through email, phone, and ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors such as insurance providers, payroll partners, and pension administrators.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by updating SOPs, processes, and HR documentation.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and global compliance requirements across multiple regions.
