Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–4+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, market research, or similar analytical roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management and/or market research methodologies, including sampling and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, US shift–aligned environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operational execution of market research projects, ensuring accurate setup, recruitment, and delivery aligned with client specifications.
  • Build and maintain sampling plans, ensuring optimal participant recruitment strategies across multiple concurrent studies.
  • Coordinate project setup activities including survey programming support, link testing, translations, and fieldwork preparation.
  • Monitor live projects, identify risks or delays, and proactively communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of recruitment and fieldwork processes.
  • Manage multiple live projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, timelines, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Support reporting, data reconciliation, and operational tracking to ensure alignment with KPIs and client expectations.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
