Requirements

  • Extensive experience in technical recruiting within fast-paced environments such as agencies, startups, product companies, or consulting firms.
  • Proven track record of hiring across software engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, cloud, QA, mobile, and related technical disciplines.
  • Strong sourcing expertise, including market mapping and direct candidate engagement for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Demonstrated success in closing senior and leadership-level technical hires.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with a strong focus on outcomes.
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or similar systems.
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and building equitable talent pipelines.
  • Ability to work aligned with East Coast business hours.
  • Comfort leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance sourcing, research, and recruitment efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles, including intake, sourcing strategy, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and successful closure of hires.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and structured interview processes aligned with business priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines across engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, cloud, mobile, and other emerging technology fields.
  • Proactively source and engage high-caliber technical talent using direct outreach, networking, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while guiding interview teams toward consistent and well-informed hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in ATS platforms while contributing to process optimization and operational improvements.
  • Bring market intelligence and competitive hiring insights into recruiting conversations to inform strategy and decision-making.
