Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience across Data, Cloud, Software Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and/or AI roles.
  • Experience recruiting within consulting, professional services, or staff augmentation environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of current technology trends and the ability to communicate them effectively to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, particularly Lever, including workflow and pipeline management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance speed with hiring quality.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in remote, dynamic, and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle technical recruiting across complex roles in areas such as software engineering, cloud, data, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and AI.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs, refine role requirements, and develop accurate, compelling job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates while building and maintaining strong technical talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring alignment between candidates and hiring teams throughout all stages.
  • Leverage modern ATS platforms (Lever preferred) to manage workflows, pipelines, reporting, and recruiting operations efficiently.
  • Collaborate with People Operations on offers, compensation recommendations, and candidate closing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and best practices while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
