Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise program management, implementation, or consulting roles within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, high-value client engagements with multiple stakeholders and complex organizational structures.
- Strong expertise in change management methodologies and driving adoption within large enterprise organizations.
- Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively with C-level and senior leadership audiences.
- Strong project management skills covering scope, risk, timeline, and budget management in complex delivery environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to align on solutions and drive execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise implementation engagements, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deployments from discovery through rollout and post-go-live success while ensuring strong adoption and business value realization.
- Design and execute change management strategies that drive organizational alignment, user adoption, and long-term platform success across large enterprise environments.
- Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for senior stakeholders, including C-level sponsors, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and communicating risks and progress.
- Oversee multiple concurrent enterprise programs, managing scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and governance structures to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
- Facilitate structured discovery and design workshops to translate complex business needs into clear, executable implementation plans and deployment strategies.
- Partner closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to refine methodologies, improve delivery frameworks, and ensure smooth transitions across the customer lifecycle.
