Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • 6–10+ years of HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in Employee Relations roles
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching within fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust across all organizational levels
  • High emotional intelligence with sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, complex interpersonal dynamics, and organizational change effectively
  • Strong bias for action, ownership, and accountability in delivering practical people solutions

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations and Risk leaders as a strategic advisor on organizational design, team effectiveness, and talent development
  • Lead performance management processes, supporting managers in identifying high performers and addressing underperformance effectively
  • Manage and resolve employee relations matters, including investigations, policy interpretation, and recommendation of appropriate actions
  • Build strong relationships with managers to improve leadership capability, confidence, and day-to-day people management effectiveness
  • Support and execute core HR programs including performance cycles, engagement surveys, and other enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Act as a key problem solver and connector between HR and business teams to ensure effective, timely people solutions
  • Contribute to cross-functional People initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and organizational consistency
