Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops within B2B SaaS, ideally in high-growth environments
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, custom objects, lifecycle management, and automation design
  • Deep understanding of SaaS revenue funnels, pipeline mechanics, forecasting models, and lifecycle optimization
  • Strong analytical and data modeling skills with experience building dashboards and GTM reporting frameworks
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align revenue strategy and execution
  • Experience designing and improving forecasting processes, quota planning, and sales performance systems
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to build scalable systems while remaining execution-focused
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • A test-and-learn approach with a bias toward experimentation and continuous optimization

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue funnel from lead generation to closed-won revenue
  • Define funnel stages, qualification criteria, SLAs, and operational guardrails to improve pipeline quality
  • Build forecasting frameworks, pipeline inspection processes, and sales productivity systems
  • Manage marketing operations including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing, segmentation, and attribution models
  • Develop automated workflows that support pipeline generation, nurturing, and campaign execution
  • Own sales operations processes such as forecasting cadence, territory planning, compensation logic, and performance reporting
  • Serve as the primary architect of HubSpot CRM and ensure it acts as the single source of truth for GTM data
  • Build dashboards and analytics frameworks to monitor pipeline health, ARR performance, and conversion metrics
  • Establish data governance standards and ensure consistency between GTM and Finance reporting systems
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives tied to pricing, product launches, and GTM process improvements
