Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential client organizations using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job boards, and industry tools
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities across target industries and regions
  • Qualify leads based on hiring needs, company profile, and alignment with recruitment services
  • Execute outbound outreach through email campaigns, cold calls, and social media engagement
  • Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and key decision-makers
  • Schedule meetings and support the transition of qualified leads to recruitment and sales teams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Track, analyze, and report on business development performance and pipeline quality
  • Continuously optimize lead generation and conversion strategies based on insights and metrics
