- 3+ years of experience editing short-form performance ads for DTC, eCommerce, or paid media campaigns.
- At least 1 year of experience managing or mentoring creative or video editing teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects for advanced editing workflows.
- Deep understanding of viral hooks, pacing strategies, and what drives performance in paid social advertising.
- Ability to source, assemble, and adapt visual assets quickly under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience running feedback sessions and managing creatives.
- High-speed execution mindset with the ability to handle fast iteration cycles and shifting priorities.
- Reliable technical setup (strong PC, stable internet) and familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and ClickUp.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-performing short-form video ads (15–60s) for paid social platforms, focusing on conversion-driven creative.
- Use advanced AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Kling, Sora, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs) to create UGC-style and product-integrated content at scale.
- Design visually compelling ads with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and sound design that maximize viewer retention.
- Seamlessly integrate products into AI-generated environments to create realistic, high-impact ad experiences.
- Continuously test, iterate, and refine creative output based on performance insights and marketing feedback.
- Transition into a leadership role by managing a growing team of video editors and ensuring output quality and consistency.
- Conduct performance reviews, weekly check-ins, and provide clear creative direction and feedback to team members.
