Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project or program management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in project financial management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level programs.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planview).
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certifications considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex program delivery across full lifecycle.
- Define scope, governance, and delivery approach.
- Develop and maintain program schedules.
- Manage financial planning and budget governance.
- Oversee procurement and third-party onboarding.
- Lead business case development.
- Manage program risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
- Define quality standards and performance indicators.
- Mentor project and program managers.
