- Ability to convey strategy to senior executives.

- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across distinct organizational pillars.
- Experience managing competing priorities and ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities
- Drive operations transformation across Brokerage functions.
- Act as primary liaison between Brokerage stakeholders and technical teams.
- Lead strategy to transform back-office through automation and AI agents.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to track transformation impact.
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility.
- Design scalable automation and AI-driven workflows.
- Partner with senior leaders to build consensus and align strategic goals.
- Maintain program documentation and change-management playbooks.
