Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales support, client operations, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong understanding of business operations and sales lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with ability to calculate margins and pricing models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full quote-to-cash lifecycle by coordinating internal teams and validating customer requests.
- Support pipeline and forecast management including Salesforce updates.
- Assist in deal structuring, pricing, and proposal preparation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Ensure accuracy of customer orders, documentation, and booking requirements.
- Monitor invoice aging and accounts receivable items.
- Maintain detailed client profiles and historical quote data.
- Provide ad hoc operational and administrative support.
