Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales support, client operations, or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and sales lifecycle processes.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude with ability to calculate margins and pricing models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full quote-to-cash lifecycle by coordinating internal teams and validating customer requests.
  • Support pipeline and forecast management including Salesforce updates.
  • Assist in deal structuring, pricing, and proposal preparation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Ensure accuracy of customer orders, documentation, and booking requirements.
  • Monitor invoice aging and accounts receivable items.
  • Maintain detailed client profiles and historical quote data.
  • Provide ad hoc operational and administrative support.
