- Mathematical aptitude for GPM calculations
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash
- Maintain pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.com
- Assist with deal structuring and customer proposals
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Verify customer orders for accuracy
- Coordinate with AR on invoice aging reports
- Maintain client profiles and historical quote data
- Provide value-add services such as SLA reporting and presentations
