- Experience supporting product development, consumer journey mapping, improvement plans, or pilot programs
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Responsibilities
- Promote development of new insurance product concepts and health solutions.
- Translate strategy into early-stage designs, value propositions, and use cases.
- Identify opportunities based on member needs, health disparities, and market trends.
- Contribute to development of culturally-aligned and population-specific offerings.
- Support design of condition-focused solutions.
- Analyze market, competitive, and member data to inform priorities.
- Coordinate efforts across product design, clinical, network, actuarial, and growth teams.
- Support execution of pilots and early-stage programs.
- Track performance and recommend whether to refine, pivot, or discontinue product concepts.
