Requirements

  • Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
  • Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with sensitivity and legal compliance.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and provide solutions in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude for process innovation, automation, and identifying best practices.
  • Efficiency in operations and data integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate asynchronously in an international team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee offboarding across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and employment contracts.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings including workforce reduction consultations and administrative hearings.
  • Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents.
  • Process offboarding in internal HRIS platform and collaborate with Customer Success, Legal, and Payroll teams.
  • Respond to internal and external queries on offboarding and employee relations matters.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and provide guidance on progressive discipline.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product development.
