Requirements

  • Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed sales organizations.
  • Proven track record of driving net-new revenue growth in complex sales environments.
  • Experience leading both transactional and enterprise sales motions.
  • Strong analytical and operational capabilities with a data-driven management style.
  • Experience building repeatable processes and scaling teams.
  • Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and New Business teams responsible for net-new revenue acquisition nationally.
  • Create a high-performance culture centered around accountability, coaching, execution, and customer outcomes.
  • Hire, retain, and develop top leadership and sales talent.
  • Develop and execute a national strategy to acquire new school districts across Foundation, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
  • Drive predictable pipeline creation and conversion.
  • Maintain rigorous inspection of pipeline quality, deal progression, and forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Channel teams.
  • Build executive-level relationships with district leaders and strategic accounts.
  • Travel to customer meetings, industry conferences, and key events.
