Requirements
- Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed sales organizations.
- Proven track record of driving net-new revenue growth in complex sales environments.
- Experience leading both transactional and enterprise sales motions.
- Strong analytical and operational capabilities with a data-driven management style.
- Experience building repeatable processes and scaling teams.
- Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and New Business teams responsible for net-new revenue acquisition nationally.
- Create a high-performance culture centered around accountability, coaching, execution, and customer outcomes.
- Hire, retain, and develop top leadership and sales talent.
- Develop and execute a national strategy to acquire new school districts across Foundation, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
- Drive predictable pipeline creation and conversion.
- Maintain rigorous inspection of pipeline quality, deal progression, and forecast accuracy.
- Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Channel teams.
- Build executive-level relationships with district leaders and strategic accounts.
- Travel to customer meetings, industry conferences, and key events.
