Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience selling technology solutions to large multinational enterprise organizations.
- Strong expertise in communications platform technologies, including international messaging, SMS, WhatsApp Business solutions, voice, video, and API-based communication services.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise-level business development, prospecting, and new logo acquisition within SaaS, PaaS, or CPaaS environments.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional decision-makers.
- Experience working alongside pre-sales consultants and technical teams to develop customized customer solutions.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate business value and guide customers through digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, maintaining forecasting accuracy, and delivering against aggressive growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans focused exclusively on acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding market presence.
- Identify, prospect, and engage high-value multinational organizations, building strong relationships with decision-makers across business, technology, and marketing functions.
- Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue objectives.
- Analyze target accounts and market trends to prioritize prospecting efforts and maximize business development effectiveness.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue projections to support business planning and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, engineering, and technical teams to design tailored CPaaS solutions that address complex customer requirements.
- Guide prospects through the full sales lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through negotiation, implementation support, and successful transition to customer success teams.
- Contribute to regional growth strategies by identifying emerging opportunities, executing sales initiatives rapidly, and driving predictable recurring revenue generation.
