Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise or technical sales, ideally within technology, infrastructure, cloud, or AI-related industries.
- Proven track record of selling complex solutions and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong expertise in business outcome-based selling with the ability to navigate long and complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic accounts, develop trusted relationships, and drive long-term value creation.
- Willingness to spend 50% or more of time in customer-facing, field-based sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new business acquisition, retention, and long-term revenue growth across NeoCloud and AI-focused enterprise customers.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships within target accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to identify needs and position tailored solutions.
- Identify, negotiate, and close complex sales opportunities while meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Execute cross-sell and upsell strategies across the full product and service portfolio to expand customer value and engagement.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and market insights to sales leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end account responsibilities, including solution positioning, coordination with internal teams, and oversight of delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer trends and organizational changes, recommending proactive strategies to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
